 Assignment 1

For this assignment I wanted to focus on making a typeface that I would enjoy if I was consuming it in some form. I am typically drawn to bolder fonts, fonts that stand out or have a sense of character to them and that is something that I wanted to incorporate into this. I love the Japanese and Arabic alphabet because I really like their sense of weight of strokes in some of their characters. I wanted to create my own type face that has those same elements. I wanted to create something that was fun, unique and something that I would have fun writing and using if it were a real language.
