Web Artists

The artists that I chose for this blog assignment are artists that are not only dear to me because of their work but because of the way the represent themselves and their art on their websites.

Tianova is a Russian native artist who is located in Savannah Georgia. Tianova is a painter who uses her artistry to send the viewer somewhere between a dreamscape and reality.

The reason why I chose Tianova for this assignment is because I love how she keeps her website simple, it's not overly complicated and directs the viewer where they need to go.

Fiorenza is an artist who might be commonly known to most as the artist who is behind the iconic Harry Styles "Love on Tour" rabbit merch. She is a artist from Chicago who has quite literally done everything to her artwork. She's made prints, clothes, stickers and even released a dinner party set that consists of candlestick holders with matching napkins. 

The reason I chose Fiorenza's website is because it is so interactive! Fiorenza's website has tons of color artwork, banners and even moving art pieces! Her cursor is customized to fit her art and all of her information is easily accessible and themed. Nothing feels out of place and feels boring. It keeps you engaged to find all the little hidden details you wouldn't of thought were there.

Dustin Bailard is a painter who is based in Palm Springs. He makes his paintings based on creatures such as vampires, fairies, ghouls, etc. Dustin's main medium is using oil paints or water color. He is an independent artist who sells his own prints and pieces on his website and Etsy. His artwork is rather dark but he brings it together in a way that is captivating. 

The reason I chose Dustin is because although his website is pretty basic, I like how easy it is to access and find things. I feel as if basic background works for him since his artwork is very colorful and whimsical.
